Players can choose to be a bounty hunter in the MMORG Star Wars: The Old Republic. At least one video game was dedicated to playing as the bounty hunter Jango Fett. Roleplaying games encouraged players to take on the roles of bounty hunters.
Bounty hunters were featured in scores of Expanded Universe (now Star Wars Legends) tales. Since their debut in The Empire Strikes Back, bounty hunters have become an integral part of the Star Wars mythos. He wanted the crew of the Falcon alive, so no disintegrations. Six fearless and ruthless bounty hunters were selected by Darth Vader to hunt down the crew of the Millennium Falcon.
In 1980’s The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars fans were introduced to the galaxy’s bounty hunters.
